The topic of multiples reminded me of the last time I was in Italy. I took lots of pictures of one of my favorite subjects – chocolate! Not surprisingly I had many pictures to choose from. And since I’m reasonably sure pictures of chocolate don’t have any calories, here they are.

No calories in just looking. :)
That’s the best part of it!
Yummy pics. :)
Thanks – the pictures made nice souvenirs!
Yes, I’ll have a few multiples of those chocolates, please.
That was my thinking – the more the better!
oh certainly, buy them in multiples! ^^
It’s really a very practical thing to do… :)
“Chocolate should probably be purchased in multiples too” – and eaten in the same manner! Grazie!
I couldn’t agree more – there’s no reason to save them for later!
This makes me think of a magnet my mum has on her fridge. It says “A balanced diet is a chocolate in each hand.” What could be better in multiples than the lovely chocolates in your photos?
That is a very wise statement – it explains chocolate perfectly! And I thought stacks of chocolate seemed right for this theme… :)
Yummm…You are bringing back memories of when I bought chocolate in Florence – absolutely delish!
I’m glad these pictures remind you of chocolate from Florence! I’m sure they were wonderful memories too :)
Yes, chocolate should DEFINITELY be purchased in multiples! :) Beautiful pictures!
Thanks! I really don’t think it’s possible to only buy one chocolate bar when there are so many choices :)
One of the most beautiful things about European candies is their packaging and this post shows that brilliantly!
I thought the packaging was charming too. I kept some of the boxes and canisters even after I ate the chocolate!
…well, OBVIOUSLY!
[you can spot a chocolate addict miles away can't you?!]
There’s just something about chocolate… it’s irresistible!
Oh yeah, chocolate is something I do in multiples!! Great selection!
Thanks! I think it’s very sensible to buy chocolate in multiples so you can save some for later… :)
I’ve to admit that I always load a big bag with multiple chocolate when I travel to Europe. They know how to make chocolate. :)
That’s a great plan, and so wonderful to get all the chocolate home too!
Hi,
Oh I love the photos, I would love to try the chocolate Made in Italy, the mouth is watering. :)
Thanks, and that chocolate was really delicious! I wouldn’t mind some right about now… :)
No calories in the pics, but they lead to eating chocolate don’t you think? At least if we’re lucky!
That’s a good point :) Just looking at those pictures made me think a little chocolate might be necessary!
Well, it is medicinal, you know 😉
I knew there was a reason I like chocolate so much!
I’m really not too bad for chocolate…. until I start eating it. Even your header qualifies as a mutiple, Meg. Definitely no calories there.
I didn’t think about the header as an example of multiples – I could have just used that! But it was lots of fun reviewing all my pictures of chocolate :)
Wow ! Our Chocolate ! Caffarel is made in my region ;-)
Hope that you taste also Nutella !!!
It’s really delicious chocolate! And I love Nutella too. When I was in San Gimignano I had Nutella flavored gelato – it was wonderful!
I haven’t tried the other brands but I love Baci!
I got some Baci chocolate at the airport in Rome. It didn’t last long but it was really good!
All kinds of chocolate. I’m glad it is not within reach!
Me too – it’s better that they’re pictures and not the real thing!
How colorful. Beautiful.
Thanks, I really liked those displays!
Mmmmm – chocolate – always best in multiples. Lovely photos capturing them too – I like the no calories aspect! – Suzan -
Thanks! It seemed like a good combination: chocolate and no calories… :)
i love chocolates with nuts… what a ‘yummy’ post :)
That’s one of my favorite kinds too! And thanks, I’m glad you liked the post :)
Chocolate: one of the most important food groups and if it is made from the cocoa bean then it must be a vegetable and therefore very good for you ;-)
Your definition of chocolate is fantastic! I’ve always felt this must be true and probably three servings a day would be beneficial… :)
LOL! Yes, three servings a day sounds ideal :-)
It’s a great plan!
One is never enough where chocolate is concerned!
I agree with you – I like to have extra chocolate around just in case!
Chocolate! :) Love chocolate.
Chocolate is practically perfect!
Wicked :)
It’s all about the chocolate… :)
‘Fraid so :)
I’m surprised to see the Crunch bar. I could use some chocolate today–it’s such a chocolate day.
The Crunch bars seem a little out of place with the Italian chocolate…. And I like your thinking – some days are chocolate days!

Stacks of chocolate…multiples of chocolate….lots and lots of chocolate….Italian at that! Beautiful
Your description is so wonderful… It sounds like an endless amount of chocolate – delicious!
Multiples of chocolate is ALWAYS a good thing. Except it’s now almost 11 PM and your post has me CRAVING CHOCOLATE! To sleep or to chocolate, that is the question….. LOL!
I’d definitely go with the chocolate – and then catch up on sleep another day! This may not be the best advice however… :)
Yum!Great post!:)
Thanks – it was fun sorting through pictures of chocolate!
