This is the most beautiful picture! The bleached out, almost monochromatic pallet images it look as though it’s been hanging on the wall of one of those canal-side palazzos since the turn of the last century. It’s gorgeous!
I close my eyes and I am on the gondola…quietly wandering the canals of Venice…shhhhhh…the water laps gently, the gondolier guides me through the most lovely of all cities I have ever seen. Thanks for reminding me.
